We design, implement and audit ChatGPT Ads measurement so Ads Manager, analytics, ecommerce and CRM can be read together. Pixel, CAPI and oppref are tools; the objective is a trustworthy signal for investment decisions.
This page describes our implementation and QA service: what to measure, how we choose the architecture, how real transactions are validated and how Ads Manager is reconciled with first-party systems. For product-level mechanics, see the OpenAI Pixel and Conversions API technical guide.
We start with the conversion that should justify investment: purchase and revenue in ecommerce; qualified lead, opportunity or revenue in B2B. From there we define which events Ads Manager needs, which source confirms them and which systems need to retain campaign origin.
The deliverable is not a tag list. It is a clear map between advertising event, real action and business data, with ownership and QA criteria.
We choose browser, server or a combination according to where the reliable signal lives. We use OpenAI Pixel where the journey is observed well in the frontend, Conversions API where the backend, ecommerce platform or CRM owns the stronger confirmation, and both where additional resilience is useful.
If both routes send the same conversion, the implementation must allow correct deduplication. The detailed mechanics of oppref, event IDs, AAM and modelled measurement live in our Pixel/CAPI technical guide.

We review redirects, routers, domains, subdomains, checkout, forms and intermediate steps so campaign references are not lost before the conversion. That includes oppref, UTMs and any internal identifier needed for later reconciliation.
In B2B, the work should not stop at form submission: where the infrastructure allows it, campaign origin can continue through qualification, opportunity and revenue.
We do not accept an implementation simply because the script loads. We test real events, payloads, firing conditions, server-side imports, retries and cases where browser and server describe the same conversion.
We verify that one purchase or lead is not multiplied, that values remain coherent and that failures are localised before those conversions are used to optimise spend.
After QA, we build a joined reading of the measurement stack. Ads Manager can answer a different attribution question from GA4, the ecommerce platform or CRM, so the goal is not identical totals: it is explainable differences and a business source able to validate quality and value.
The result is operational measurement: which signal to optimise against, which system validates business impact and which discrepancies need investigation.
An ecommerce purchase, a B2B lead and a registration do not require exactly the same implementation or attribution reading.
What we implement, how the signal is validated and how Ads Manager connects with your systems.
Measurement design, event configuration, Pixel/CAPI implementation where appropriate, attribution preservation, deduplication, QA with real conversions and reconciliation with analytics, ecommerce or CRM.
Yes. We choose the architecture according to where the most reliable signal lives rather than installing both by default when they add no operational value.
Yes. We review events, payloads, firing, oppref, UTMs, event IDs, duplicate conversions, consent behaviour and consistency against the business source of truth.
We test real paths from landing page to conversion, including redirects, checkout and browser/server delivery. Where Pixel and CAPI send the same conversion, we verify that it can be recognised as one underlying event.
Yes. The objective is to reconcile Ads Manager attribution with an independent source and, in B2B, retain campaign origin into later pipeline stages where the stack allows it.
Typically purchase, value, currency, consistency against the actual order and duplicate handling, plus the upstream events that genuinely help diagnose the funnel.
Form submission may only be the first signal. Where possible, campaign origin is linked to qualification, opportunity and revenue so optimisation is not based only on lead volume.
Yes. Measurement must respect applicable law and the real consent configuration. We also re-check tracking after meaningful CMP, frontend, checkout or routing changes.
Measurement connects ChatGPT Ads with campaign management, ecommerce, B2B and CRO. If it is weak, every downstream decision becomes weaker.
We audit events, Pixel, CAPI, oppref, deduplication, UTMs and reconciliation with your systems, then return a prioritised measurement plan ready for pilot or scale.
What you sell, which markets you work in and what you want to learn from the first pilot. If the scope is not clear yet, we will define it with you.
